Electromagnetic Rapper

This type of rapper is an electromagnetic device and has only one moving part, the plunger. The vertical configuration of our rappers, supported by the precipitator roof, minimizes rebound-related failures and maximizes acceleration response to the electrode systems.

Tumbling Hammer

A tumbling hammer type rapper is ideally used for spiral discharge electrodes. These types of rappers are highly efficient in a moving gas stream where they are connected to a rotating shaft. They function by causing a vibratory shock to dislodge dust particles as they collide with the beam. We help you choose the right tumbling hammer based on the weight of the hammer and mounting arm as well as the length.
