Precicon-III

Precicon-III is a third-generation ESP microcontroller from Ador Powertron. It is the ideal tool for clean air management as it not only regulates and monitors ESP but also helps in optimizing electrical power input to the ESP. This makes ESP operations more efficient and safer for the industry.

Precicon-III has advanced features that allow you to customize operation parameters based on your site requirements. With provisions like password protection and self-diagnostics, this product is user-friendly, secure, and reliable.

Product Highlights

Precicon-III is designed to improve particle collection efficiency and make operating ESPs user-friendly. Here are some of the key features of this product.

  • Improved Collection Efficiency with Digital detection sensing of Peta, sparks, arcs
  • Longer life of Electrodes with control philosophy of flashovers that increases the “Volt Time Integral ”
  • Energy Saving based on VI characteristics, without using a capacity monitor.
  • Improved precipitation with Pulse Operation range up to 1:255 charge ratio.
  • Enhanced Collection Efficiency with increased trough voltage due to the additional facility of “Recharge Voltage” during the blocked periods
  • Power saving and increased collection efficiency with detection and organization to operate at the maximum pack voltage region (scanning of “VI” curve)
  • Versatile operation based on varying plant conditions with adjustable operating parameter values.
  • Advanced Man/Machine communication with user-friendly interface and 2 User Programmable Digital Inputs (1 for trip and 1 for alarm for faults with the programmed message display.)
  • Reliable operation enabled by Self Diagnostics
  • Secure Operation with password protection that allows 3 levels of operation for parameter setting
