ESP Mechanical and Spares

Collecting electrodes are the frontline of an ESP. precipitated particles are retained here till they are intentionally removed into the hopper. Due to regular wear and tear collecting electrodes need replacement periodically to keep ESP functioning at its optimum capacity.  An additional function of collecting plates is to shield the precipitated particles from the gas flow while smooth surfaces provide for high operating voltage.

These parts also form a part of the precipitator design and need to be maintained at their best performance. We provide collecting electrodes of different capacities as per the client’s ESP requirements. Our experienced teams also undertake retrofitting, repair and maintenance of these parts to ensure smooth functioning of the system.
