Hoppers accumulate dust trapped by ESP as it falls into the unique slope design. These hoppers need to be emptied periodically to avoid packing dust, which makes them difficult to remove. The complete hopper mechanism involves many accessories that allow the smooth functioning of the system. We supply high-quality hoppers as well as their accessories to industrial ESPs.

Purge Air Blower

Positive air pressure needs to be maintained inside the ESP casing so that air flows along the inside surface of the support insulators. This helps in keeping them clean and increases the performance efficiency of the ESPs. We provide TR sets that have tripping mechanism to ensure safety at the industrial site.

Purge Air Heater
Industrial environments are often places with vast temperature variations. Additionally, overheating is a common occurrence that can damage equipment like hoppers and ESP. We supply Purge Air Hearer that protects purge air heating elements from overheating. A thermostat is provided in the purge air heater to protect the purge.

Hopper Level Indicator
Level switches measure ash level inside the hopper to prevent ash build-up and packing. Our level switches raise an alarm in the control panel to indicate the need for emptying the hopper. This keeps the hopper and in turn the ESP, running smoothly and prevents shorts in discharge and collecting plates. In case of any delay in rectifying the situation, it is recommended to stop the boiler after a one-hour time delay.

Hopper Heaters for ESP
Packing of ash due to moisture build-up is possible inside the hoppers. Heating elements prevent moisture and choking of the system. Heaters are needed from all sides to keep the hopper disposal system running effectively.
